A 50% deposit of the accommodation fee is required to secure the booking. Only pre-paid reservations are accepted.
OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
If a booking is cancelled 21 days or more prior to arrival, 50% of your deposit will be refunded.
If a booking is cancelled 10 to 20 days prior to arrival, 25% of your deposit will be refunded.
If a booking
is cancelled less than 10 days prior to arrival the full deposit will be forfeited.
(Forfeited deposits will be fully refunded if the rooms are subsequently filled)
Note: If booking through a Booking Agent, ie. Internet Travel sites, an additional 15% will be charged.
